Charme et Séduction
The drômois terroir, both chalky and alluvial, offers this white wine the freshness of its typical aromas. The vines draw all the strength of the minerals, of the sun.
The grapes are picked at full maturity. The harvest is completely destemmed. The Charme and Séduction cuvée is vinified in barrels during the alcoholic fermentation (15 days), then in thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats.
Elegant pale gold color, limpid and clear. The nose is fine and slightly toasty. The attack is supple, all in finesse. The palate reveals aromas of white flowers (hawthorn), caramelized white peaches mixed with vanilla and brioche flavors.
