Terroir :
The terroir, both chalky and alluvial, offers this white wine the freshness of its typical aromas. The vines draw all the strength of the minerals, of the sun.
Vinification :
The grapes are picked by hand at full maturity. The wine Un Dimanche entre Amis is vinified in thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats. The harvest is completely destemmed.
Blend :
Viognier (70%), Marsanne (15%) and Roussanne (15%).
Tasting :
Clear and limpid color, golden yellow. Subtle and aromatic nose, finesse, developing flavors of white peach, hawthorn and honey. Balanced and full-bodied, fresh and tart, with a focus on fruits and white flowers.
Food and wine pairings :
To be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany fish and shellfish.
