Douceur de Vigne
The Mediterranean terroir expresses in this cuvée all its generosity. The vines are derived from chalky and alluvial soils, gently rocked by the sun and the Mistral, they are trellised and controlled in yield.
The grapes are picked at full maturity. The cuvee Douceur de Vigne is vinified in thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats. The harvest is completely destemmed.
Viognier (80%), Marsanne (10%) and Roussanne (10%).
Clear straw yellow color. Gourmand and aromatic nose,developing generous aromas of white-fleshed fruit (pear, peach,quince) and white flowers. Balanced and ample mouth, accompaniedof a finish on sweet citrus.
