Le Temps des Cigales
The terroir, both chalky and alluvial, gives this rosé wine its typical aroma. The vines draw all the strength of the minerals, of the sun.
The grapes are picked at full maturity. The vintage Le Temps des Cigales is vinified in thermo-regulated stainless-steel vats. This wine is obtained by direct pressing. The harvest is completely destemmed
Grenache (80%) and Cinsault (20%).
Its finely amber and bright dress recalls its sunny terroir, swept by the mistral. Fresh and aromatic nose with red berry scents. On the palate, intense, bold, slightly lemony, evoking the aromas of quince.
